ATS Pristine Noida: Still a good investment?

Came across this old video of ATS Pristine in Noida. It's from 2015! Anyone living there now? What's the current situation like? The video mentions it's near the expressway, is that still a plus? Looking for honest opinions!

Check the encumbrance certificate. Very important!

So, overall consensus kya hai? Should I invest or look elsewhere?

OP, what did you decide? Are you going ahead with it?

ATS as a builder is okay, but their project execution can be slow. Check the completion certificates and all that legal stuff properly.

I heard there were some issues with the parking space allocation. Is that true?

My cousin lives there. He says the clubhouse is pretty good, but the gym equipment is outdated. Small things, but they matter.

New metro line is coming up nearby, right? That should boost property values.

Honestly, with the rising property rates everywhere, even an old project like ATS Pristine might be worth considering if the price is right.

I bought a plot in Yamuna Expressway Authority. Much better investment, I think. More potential for appreciation.

Don't just look at the video! Visit the site yourself. See the current condition.

Possession mila kya sabko? Or is it still delayed?

Delayed projects are a Noida specialty! :(

I invested in a similar project near Pari Chowk around the same time. Landed in a legal mess. Be very careful.

Expressway is good, but Sector 150 is becoming the new hotspot. Lots of new projects and better amenities there. Maybe compare?

Mera friend ka flat hai Pristine mein. He says the construction quality is decent, but the maintenance is a pain. High charges, and slow response to complaints.

That's what I'm afraid of! Maintenance is a killer in these societies.

Rates kya chal rahe hain wahan pe abhi? Anyone has a rough idea?

Negotiate hard! Property market is a bit slow right now.

Last I checked, resale flats were going for around 6500-7000 per sq ft, depending on the floor and facing.

I know someone who booked there. Will ask him about the current status. Hold on.

Bhai, ATS ka track record is hit or miss. Some projects are great, others...not so much. Check RERA registration details carefully before even thinking about it.

Anyone actually *living* there? That's who we need to hear from! Koi resident hai toh batao bhai.

m
maya.patil.abc17 Mar

Exactly! I want to know about the maintenance charges, water supply, power outages... the real issues!

ATS Pristine... that's an old project! 2015 is ages ago in Noida real estate time. I remember considering it back then. Wonder what happened.

Haan yaar, 2015! Tab toh property rates kuch aur hi the. Expressway proximity is still a plus, connectivity wise. But builder reputation matters more.

abhijit.banerjee17 Mar

Exactly! Location is nothing if the builder is dodgy. I've heard mixed reviews about ATS.
