Jaypee Kosmos vs Lotus Zing: Which one, guys?

I'm confused between Jaypee Greens Kosmos and The 3C Lotus Zing. Both ready to move flats hai, which is good. But Kosmos seems a bit far from metro, right? Zing is closer, I think. Also, anyone living in either? What's the maintenance like? Which one has better resale value in Noida, ya? Mujhe advice chahiye. What do you think? Has anyone experienced issues with either builder?
