Eldeco Edge vs Sharnam Homes: Which is better?

Guys, I'm based in Dubai and looking to invest in Noida. Can't visit for site inspections easily, so relying on you all. What do you think about Eldeco Edge vs Sharnam Homes? Eldeco is ready to move, sahi hai na? Is it worth the super high price compared to Sharnam? Carpet area ka kya scene hai, bhai? Which one gives more usable space, considering the cost? Also, kya kisi ko pata hai about the rental potential? I'll need a property manager, so which one would attract more tenants? Mujhe advice chahiye, yaar. I'm worried about registry and documentation smoothness, especially being overseas. Has anyone experienced problems with either builder? Any suggestions?
