Marshal City Shine is upcoming, but ATS One Hamlet is ready. Which one has better resale value, yaar? Also, what about long-term rental potential? Mujhe advice chahiye.

Marshal City Shine ka brochure dekha? They are promising a lot of fancy amenities, but dekhna padega kitna deliver karte hain.
My personal opinion: Go with ATS One Hamlet. Peace of mind matters more than potential higher returns.
Also consider the floor you're getting. Higher floors usually command a premium in resale.

U2, good point. Sector 150 is huge. One end is like, almost Pari Chowk, the other is closer to Noida Expressway. Big difference.
