ATS One Hamlet vs Marshal City Shine?

Marshal City Shine is upcoming, but ATS One Hamlet is ready. Which one has better resale value, yaar? Also, what about long-term rental potential? Mujhe advice chahiye.

Don't just look at the building, look at the surrounding infrastructure. Roads, schools, hospitals. Noida mein yeh sab bahut important hai.

Bhai, resale depend karta hai location pe bhi. Sector 150 mein hai dono, but exactly kahaan? Check proximity to the expressway and upcoming metro line.

U2, good point. Sector 150 is huge. One end is like, almost Pari Chowk, the other is closer to Noida Expressway. Big difference.
