Sai Elite Galaxy vs Gardenia: Worth the premium?

I'm thinking of upgrading from my 2BHK. Sai Elite Galaxy looks decent, but Gardenia AIMS MAX Gardenia Glory is pricier. Is the carpet area efficiency really better in Gardenia to justify the cost? Koi batao, is it worth that much extra? What's the real deal with maintenance charges, yaar?
