Realtyvision vs Aims: Which is a better deal?

I'm so fed up of renting, yaar! Time to buy. Realtyvision 4th Avenue is ready to move, but Aims Golf Avenue 2 looks fancy. Carpet area wise, anyone know which one is better? Also, is Aims worth the risk being under construction? Mujhe advice chahiye!
