Realty Vision Infrazone: Sahi hai yaa fraud?

Guys, I'm based in Dubai and can't visit Noida easily. Realty Vision Infrazone's 4th Avenue looks good online, but what's the real story? Has anyone experienced hidden charges with them at possession? Also, how's their customer support after booking? Do they even respond? I'll need a property manager eventually. Any insights into their construction quality? Change my mind if I'm wrong, but they seem risky. What do you think, should I avoid?
