Hi all, I'm planning to buy a 3BHK in Noida. Wife wants a good society with kids' play area. I've been looking at Realty Vision Infrazone's 4th Avenue. Kya aap logon ko pata hai, on-time delivery track record kaisa hai? And what about construction quality? I've heard mixed reviews. Mujhe advice chahiye, is it a good option for family living? Safe for kids? Also, has anyone experienced hidden charges from them at the time of possession? PLC wagera kitna lagate hai? Any suggestions or personal experiences would be helpful, yaar.
