Realty Vision Infrazone vs other Noida builders?

Hi guys, I'm based in Dubai and looking to invest in Noida. Realty Vision Infrazone, specifically 4th Avenue, looks promising. But kya scene hai on the ground? I can't visit for site inspections easily. On-time delivery track record kaisa hai? Anyone faced hidden charges at possession? Mujhe advice chahiye. Also, resale value after 5 years - which one is better for investment? Any insights would be super helpful!
