Realty Vision Infrazone: On-time delivery reality?

I'm finally buying in Noida! Realty Vision Infrazone's 4th Avenue looks good, but on-time delivery is key for me. Has anyone experienced delays with them? Also, what about hidden charges at possession? PLC and all that. Mujhe advice chahiye, yaar! What's your take?
