Logix Blossom Zest vs Supertech 34: Which is better?

Guys, I'm confused! I'm looking at property in Noida and narrowed it down to Logix Blossom Zest and Supertech 34 Pavilion. Supertech is ready to move, which is a big plus, but it's way more expensive, right? Is the price difference worth it? Logix Blossom Zest is cheaper, but under construction... thoda dar lagta hai. What do you think about the builder trust factor for both? Has anyone experienced delays with Logix Blossom Zest? Also, carpet area efficiency is important. Which one gives more usable space?
