Saya Zion vs Dasnac Burj - Noida investment?

Guys, I'm based in Dubai and can't visit. Which one is better for investment, considering I need good rental yield? Saya Zion is ready, but super expensive. Dasnac Burj is under construction, riskier, but cheaper. Is the rental income potential worth the risk? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar.
