Hey guys, I'm confused between Supertech 34 Pavilion and Sai Elite Galaxy. Kya aap logon ko pata hai which one offers better carpet area efficiency? Supertech is ready to move, sahi hai, but is it worth the higher price? Also, has anyone experienced the actual maintenance charges in Supertech 34 Pavilion? I'm looking for investment.
