Realty Vision Infrazone vs…? Noida mein kaun better hai?

Hey guys, I'm planning to upgrade from my 2BHK in Sector 75. Thinking of a 3BHK or maybe even a villa. Realty Vision Infrazone ka Realtyvision 4th Avenue dekha. Looks good, but is it worth the premium? Already have a home loan, so ROI is important. What's the real deal with on-time delivery? Heard some builders delay a lot. Has anyone experienced major delays with Realty Vision Infrazone? Or any hidden charges at possession? Mujhe advice chahiye. Which one is better in terms of resale value after 5 years? Kya aap logon ko pata hai? It's a big decision, yaar! I don't want any surprises later. Thanks!
