Presidency Presithum vs Ambience Tiverton: Worth the Premium?

I'm thinking of upgrading from my 2BHK. Dekh raha tha Presidency Presithum aur Ambience Tiverton. Tiverton is super expensive, yaar! Is the price jump worth it? Ready to move hai dono, so that's good. Carpet area efficiency wise, which one is better? Kya aap logon ko pata hai? Also, builder trust factor is important. Mujhe advice chahiye. Already have a home loan, so EMI matters! What do you think?
