Realty Vision Infrazone - Sahi Builder Hai?

Guys, I'm thinking of buying in Realtyvision 4th Avenue. On-time delivery ka kya scene hai? My parents keep saying check karo, warna paisa phas jayega. I heard some builders delay projects a lot. Has anyone experienced late possession with them? Also, what about hidden charges? PLC and all, I had no idea about it before. Is it worth investing here, ya koi aur option better hai? Mujhe advice chahiye. Kya aap logon ko pata hai Realty Vision Infrazone ka track record kya hai? Tell me your experiences, please! I'm so confused yaar.
