Realty Vision Infrazone: Sahi hai ya nahi?

I'm finally taking the plunge and buying in Noida! Fed up of renting, yaar. Realty Vision Infrazone's 4th Avenue looks decent. But I'm worried about construction quality. Has anyone experienced plaster cracks or seepage issues after possession with them? Also, what about hidden charges? Any surprises at the time of handover? Mujhe advice chahiye! What do you think?
