Noida projects: Sai Elite vs Gardenia - worth the price?

Guys, finally taking the plunge after 10 years of rent! Fed up of landlord hikes. Looking at Sai Elite Galaxy and Gardenia AIMS MAX Gardenia Glory. Gardenia is damn expensive ya! Is it worth the crazy price difference? Carpet area sahi hai kya, or just show off? Also, builder trust factor kiska better hai Noida mein? Mujhe advice chahiye bhaiyon. Change my mind if I'm wrong!
