Supertech 34 Pavilion vs Realtyvision 4th Avenue - Help!

Guys, I'm stuck deciding between Supertech 34 Pavilion and Realtyvision 4th Avenue in Noida. Both are ready to move, sahi hai. But Supertech is way more expensive. Is it REALLY worth the extra crore? What do you think? Has anyone experienced the actual price difference after adding stamp duty, registration etc? Realtyvision looks affordable, but carpet area efficiency is key. Kya aap logon ko pata hai which one gives more usable space, yaar? Also, is the maintenance charge justified in Supertech? I'm confused. Which one is better for a family moving in, honestly? Mujhe advice chahiye!
