Okay, I'll say it: Gardenia Glory seems overpriced. 8Cr+ yaar? Realtyvision 4th Avenue is way cheaper. But is the quality worth it? Carpet area wise, which one gives more bang for the buck? Honestly, I'm confused. Someone tell me which is better for investment and why? Change my mind!
