Saya Zion vs Sai Elite Galaxy: Noida mein kaunsa better?

I'm looking at Saya Zion and Sai Elite Galaxy in Noida. Wife wants a good society for the kids, and I need a 3BHK at least. Saya Zion is ready to move, sahi hai, but it's pricey! Elite Galaxy ka kya scene hai? Anyone know about the builder trust factor for both? Which one is better for kids' school admission nearby? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar!
