Burj Noida vs Presithum: Worth the premium?

Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading. Dasnac Burj is expensive! Is the price jump worth it compared to Presidency Presithum? Ready-to-move is safer, but Burj looks fancy. Kya aap logon ko pata hai about the carpet area efficiency in both? Mujhe advice chahiye, yaar!
