Okay, I'll say it – Gardenia AIMS MAX Gardenia Glory seems super overpriced. 8 Cr+? Bhai, for that money, can't I get something better? Realtyvision 4th Avenue is much cheaper, but is it worth the compromise? Carpet area wise, which one gives you more usable space, yaar? Has anyone experienced hidden costs with Gardenia? Mujhe advice chahiye. Which one has better resale value in Noida?
