Fed up of renting, yaar! Finally taking the plunge in Noida. Gardenia AIMS MAX Gardenia Glory vs AIMS Golf Avenue 2... which one, guys? What about carpet area efficiency? I want more usable space, not just fancy brochures. Also, possession status matters. Is AIMS Golf Avenue 2 still under construction? Don't want to wait forever. Which one has better resale value after 5 years, you think? Any advice?
