Ace Starlit possession dates - realistic lagta hai?

Hey guys, just saw this video on Ace Starlit in Noida Expressway. Looks nice, especially the 3-side open apartments. They showed the construction progress, but I'm always skeptical about timelines. Video mein toh bol rahe hain jaldi mil jayega. Has anyone invested in ACE projects before? Do they usually deliver on time, or is there always some delay? Kya scene hai, generally?
