Prateek Canary vs. Other Sector 150 Options?

So, I saw this video talking about how Sector 150 in Noida is becoming a premium spot and it mentioned Prateek Canary. They were talking about the golf views and sports city concept. I'm looking at options in that area, but not sure if Canary is the best value compared to others nearby. Has anyone here looked at multiple projects in Sector 150? What's your take on Prateek Canary versus, say, Godrej or TATA projects?
