ATS Infrastructure: On-time or late, guys?

ATS Destinaire... sahi hai kya? I'm thinking of buying. Delayed projects kaafi sune hain. What's the real deal, yaar? On-time dete hain kya? Or should I consider someone else? Construction quality kaisi hai? Mujhe advice chahiye. My parents keep saying ATS is risky. Change my mind, please!
