Hi! Based in Dubai, investing in Noida. Eldeco Ananda is ready to move, but Rudra Buildwell Jagdambe Apartments is cheaper. Which is better for rental income, bhai? I can't visit, so which has less risk and better floor plans, honestly? Power of attorney needed for both, sahi? What do you think?
