Eldeco Ananda vs Jaypee Kasa Isles - Which is better?

I'm looking for a 3BHK in Noida. Wife wants a safe society for the kids. Eldeco Ananda is ready to move, which is a big plus. But Jaypee Kasa Isles is cheaper, right? Carpet area efficiency matters a lot. Has anyone compared the actual usable space in both? Which one is better for kids' school admission nearby? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar. What do you think?
