Guys, I'm fed up of renting! Finally taking the plunge. Jaypee Kasa Isles ya Satyam Paradise, Noida mein which one is better for investment? Satyam is ready to move, that's a plus. But Jaypee ka carpet area sahi hai kya? Has anyone checked the actual price per sqft for both? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar.
