ATS Infrastructure: On-time delivery sahi hai kya?

Guys, I'm considering ATS Destinaire. What's your take on their construction quality, yaar? I heard mixed reviews. Possession ke time hidden charges toh nahi nikalte? Also, ATS ka resale value kaisa hai after 5 years? Any personal experiences would be helpful. Mujhe advice chahiye. Thanks!
