Thinking of upgrading from my 2BHK. ATS Destinaire looks good. Anyone bought there? What's the real carpet area versus what they advertise? Heard about hidden charges during possession. Is it sahi? I'm already paying a home loan. Is it worth the price jump, yaar? Mujhe advice chahiye.
