ATS Destinaire vs. Others - Honest Reviews?

Just moved into ATS Destinaire last month. Amenities are good, but maintenance charges feel high. Has anyone experienced similar post-possession costs? Also, construction quality seems okay-ish, but I've noticed some minor seepage already. Kya aap logon ko pata hai, ATS ka resale value kaisa hai in Noida compared to other builders? Don't want to regret this investment later! Any feedback on their RERA compliance?
