Hey guys, finally fed up of renting! Thinking of buying in Noida. Gaurs Aero Suites vs Jaypee Kasa Isles – which one's better for investment, especially considering the possession status? Kasa Isles is ready, but Aero Suites is still ongoing. What do you think? Any thoughts on resale value and appreciation?
