Hey guys, I'm based in Dubai and looking to invest in Noida. I've been considering ATS Destinaire and Eldeco Ananda. What do you think? ATS is under construction, right? Eldeco is ready to move, which is tempting. Has anyone experienced delays with ATS? That's my biggest fear, yaar. Also, Eldeco Ananda is ready, but what about the RWA quality? Is the maintenance high? I can't visit for site inspections easily, so I'm relying on your feedback. Which one has better rental potential, considering I'll need a property manager? Should I be worried about registry issues with either? Mujhe advice chahiye!

Don't just look at the price per sqft. Check the super area vs. carpet area. Builders often inflate the super area to make it look cheaper.
