Eldeco Ananda vs Gaurs Aero Suites: Which is better?

Guys, I'm confused. Eldeco Ananda ready to move hai, but Gaurs Aero Suites is cheaper. Carpet area efficiency Eldeco mein better hogi, right? What's your take on builder trust for Gaurs? Investment horizon 5 years ka hai. Which one would you recommend, and why? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar!

Eldeco is good, but check the quality of construction. Some friends of mine had issues with seepage.

Ultimately, it depends on your risk appetite. Gaurs is cheaper for a reason. Eldeco is more expensive, but you're paying for the brand and relatively faster possession.

Dekho, Noida Extension mein toh sabhi builders almost same hi hai. Thoda late toh sabhi karte hain.

Cheaper doesn't always mean better, especially in Noida. Gaurs ke pass land bank bahut hai, but delivery time is a concern.

Eldeco is definitely more established, but Gaurs is tempting because of the price. Are you comparing apples to apples in terms of size and floor? That makes a big difference.

Gaurs ka naam toh suna hai, but Eldeco is more reputable. 5 years ke liye, rental yield bhi consider karna. Sector 150 mein rates are going up fast.
