Eldeco Ananda vs Rudra: Noida investment, which one?

Guys, I'm based in Dubai and want to invest in Noida. Eldeco Ananda is ready to move, sahi hai? Rudra Buildwell is cheaper, but under construction... risky? What about carpet area? Which one will get better rent, yaar? Mujhe advice chahiye, can't visit for site inspection.

Rudra is cheaper for a reason. Under construction and doubtful completion. Ananda, though older, is a safer bet for NRI investment, in my opinion. Focus on rentability.

One more thing: check the resale value of apartments in Ananda. How much are people selling them for? That will give you an idea of the appreciation potential.

Market is hot right now. Property prices are going up. If you wait too long, you might miss out on a good deal. But don't rush into a bad one either!

Yaar, I'd say Ananda for peace of mind and rental income. Rudra... only if you're willing to take the risk and can wait a few years. But Noida mein delays are almost guaranteed.

Check the builder's financial health also. Many builders in Noida are facing financial difficulties. This can lead to project delays or even abandonment.

Mujhe toh lagta hai, if you can't visit, get a trusted friend or relative to do a site inspection for you. Photos and videos are not enough.

Sector 150 mein toh abhi rates bhi bahut high hai. Is Rudra really that much cheaper? Check the per sqft rate properly.

I heard Rudra Buildwell is focusing on Sector 150 now. That area is developing rapidly, especially with the new metro line extension coming up. But still, under construction is a gamble.

Bhai, Noida is a builder's paradise, buyer's nightmare. Everyone promises the moon, but delivers... something else. Do your due diligence. RERA is your friend.

Ananda is ready to move, but check the amenities completion. Swimming pool, clubhouse, gym... are they all fully functional? I made the mistake of assuming everything would be ready. Abhi tak swimming pool band pada hai lol.

Rudra Buildwell... naam toh suna hai, but track record is questionable. Check RERA registration number and see if there are any complaints registered against them. It's a must before investing, especially from abroad.

Yaar, I invested in a similar project near Pari Chowk 5 years ago. Still waiting for possession. The builder keeps giving excuses. Now I'm stuck paying EMI and rent. Be very careful!

What's the price difference between the two projects, OP? That's a crucial factor. Also, which floor are you considering in Ananda? Ground floor is usually cheaper but less desirable for rent.

Sector 93 mein Ananda hai na? Location is decent, close to the expressway. Rent should be good, especially for families. But yeah, carpet area is a concern. Get it verified by a professional.

Haan, Sector 93A. Good connectivity. But traffic can be a pain during peak hours.

Exactly! Location matters a lot. And Sector 93A is definitely more developed than some of the areas where Rudra projects are located. So, rent potential will be higher in Ananda.

Eldeco Ananda is safer bet bhai, ready to move toh tension kam. Rudra... well, Rudra is Rudra. Under construction projects in Noida... you know the story. But Ananda mein which sector are you looking at?

Ananda mein carpet area is generally smaller than what they promise. Check the actual agreement carefully. Rudra might be cheaper, but delayed projects are a headache. Rent ke hisab se, Ananda should fetch better because it's ready.

Don't just look at the price, U2. Think about the peace of mind. Paying a little extra for Ananda's ready-to-move status is worth it, especially if you're not here to manage it.

But U3, isn't Ananda quite old now? Won't the appreciation be limited? Rudra might have more potential for growth in the long run.
