Eldeco Ananda vs Rudra: Which one, yaar?

I'm confused between Eldeco Ananda and Rudra Buildwell. Eldeco's ready to move, but Rudra is cheaper per sqft right now. Is that price difference worth the risk of under-construction? What do you think about the actual carpet area in Rudra vs what they claim? Also, kya kisi ko pata hai about the maintenance charges in Eldeco Ananda? Which one has better resale value potential in Noida? Mujhe advice chahiye!

I'm also looking in Noida. It's so confusing! So many options, so many risks.

Ultimately, it depends on your risk appetite. If you're comfortable with the potential delays and uncertainties of under-construction, Rudra might be worth considering. Otherwise, stick with Eldeco.

So, OP, what did you decide in the end? Eldeco or Rudra? We're all curious!

I'd personally prefer ready-to-move. Less risk, you can see what you're getting. Rudra might seem cheaper now, but delays and hidden costs can quickly add up.

Eldeco Ananda is a good option for families wanting to move in quickly. Less hassle than waiting for construction.

Don't forget to factor in stamp duty and registration charges! It adds up to a significant amount.

Anyone living in Eldeco Ananda currently? How's the community?

I think for resale value, Eldeco is definitely the better option. But if you're planning to live there long-term, location and your personal preferences matter more.

Mujhe toh Rudra is tempting because of the price. Maybe I can bargain more? What's the going rate in that area?

Bargain hard! Builders are desperate to sell inventory these days. Don't be afraid to walk away.

I visited Eldeco Ananda last month. The flats are decent, but the finishing wasn't great. Make sure to inspect everything carefully.

Rudra Buildwell ka track record kya hai? Anyone knows if they have delivered projects on time before?

Be careful - I heard they have some delayed projects in Greater Noida West. Do your research!

Bhai, under-construction projects mein late possession is a HUGE problem. My friend bought in Supertech years ago, still waiting!

Don't just look at price per sqft. Check the amenities offered. Gym, swimming pool, clubhouse... are they actually usable or just for show?

I invested in Eldeco Ananda a few years back. Happy with the location, but the construction quality could have been better. Thoda compromise toh karna padta hai.

RERA registration number check karo for both projects. It will give you some idea about their compliance.

Sector 75 mein rates are crazy right now! Everything is going up because of the new metro line extension. Keep that in mind.

I'm also confused! Rudra is offering a better location near the metro, but carpet area is a big question. Anyone actually measured it?

p

Metro? Which metro line are you talking about? That whole area is still under construction itself! Don't believe everything the builder says.

U3, I heard the carpet area is less than what they claim. Friends went to see a sample flat and they were disappointed. Check it yourself physically!

Eldeco Ananda maintenance charges kisi ko pata hai? That's a big factor for me.

m
meenakshi.krishnan.delhi20 Mar

I heard it's around 3-4 rupees per sqft in Eldeco. But confirm with the residents' association.

Resale value ke liye, Eldeco has a better brand name, so maybe a safer bet. Rudra Buildwell... never heard of them much.

Brand name is important, but location bhi dekho. Metro accessibility will matter in the long run.

Eldeco Ananda vs Rudra: Tough choice, yaar! Rudra is definitely cheaper right now, but under-construction projects in Noida... you know how it is. Is the discount really worth the headache? I'd lean towards ready-to-move for peace of mind.

m
megha.oberoi20 Mar

Exactly! Noida extension mein toh aur bhi risk hai. Eldeco is a known name, thoda toh peace of mind milega.
