I'm confused. Satyam Paradise is ready to move, around 30L. Rudra Buildwell is under construction, costing almost double! Is the location that much better? Carpet area mein bhi zyada farak nahi hai, right? Which one has better resale value in Noida? Koi idea hai kya aap logon ko?

So, what did you decide, OP? Did you go for Satyam or Rudra?
Don't forget to factor in stamp duty and registration charges! It adds up.
Current market conditions mein, under construction mein invest karna is risky. Interest rates bhi badh rahe hain.
Anyone has recent experience with Satyam Paradise? How is the society management?
Ultimately, it depends on your budget and risk appetite. 30L vs 60L is a big difference. Think carefully.
Did you check the builder's solvency? Noida mein builders ka koi bharosa nahi.
Which floor are you getting in Satyam Paradise? Corner unit hai kya? That can affect the price and resale value.
Good point! I haven't checked the floor or unit facing yet. Thanks!
Rudra Buildwell promised possession by 2025, but I'm skeptical. Noida builders are notorious for delays lol.
Before deciding, visit both sites. Dekho surroundings kaise hain. Which one feels better?
Satyam Paradise mein family-friendly environment hai. Rudra Buildwell kaafi modern and fancy hoga, I guess.
Don't just look at the price, also consider the maintenance charges. Satyam mein purani society hai, maintenance zyada ho sakta hai.
Rudra Buildwell ke brochure mein amenities kya kya de rahe hain? Swimming pool, gym, clubhouse...Sab complete hoga bhi ya nahi?
Satyam Paradise is mostly 2BHKs, right? If you need a bigger space, then Rudra might be the only option, despite being under construction.
I bought a flat in Sector 150 last year. Rates are already up by 15%! But under construction project mein risk toh rehta hai.
Sector 150 is booming because of the sports city. Good investment decision!
Bhai, Rudra Buildwell ka naam suna toh hai, but reputation kaafi mixed hai. Check their previous projects carefully.
I invested in a Rudra project 5 years ago. Abhi tak possession nahi mila! Be very careful. They always delay projects.
Oh teri! Which project was that? Sector bhi bata do, please.
@U8 Haan, I've heard similar stories. Builder ka track record is super important.
@U8 Thanks for sharing your experience. This is exactly what I was worried about.
Satyam Paradise is good for immediate occupancy, especially if you're looking for a budget-friendly option. But resale value maybe not as high as a newer project.
@U12 True, but with the rising property rates in Noida, even Satyam Paradise should appreciate decently.
Resale value depends on sector development also. Sector 7x mein itna scope nahi hai, compared to sector 150.
Satyam Paradise is ready to move, that's a big plus. Rudra Buildwell, double the price? Sector bhi dekho bhai. Which sector is Rudra Buildwell in?
Double the price for under construction? Something's fishy. RERA registration check kiya?
Rudra Buildwell ka location advantage toh hai. Maybe closer to the metro or expressway? But 30L vs 60L is a huge difference. Satyam Paradise mein flats chote honge, I'm guessing?
Haan exactly, carpet area is the key. Builder log super area dikha ke chuna lagate hain.
@U3 Metro toh dono se hi door hai yaar. Expressway is slightly closer to Rudra, but not worth double the price.
@U3 Satyam mein 2BHK is around 800 sq ft carpet. Rudra mein kya hai?
