Eldeco Ananda vs RN Royal: Which Noida project?

Guys, I'm based in Dubai and looking to invest back home in Noida. Can't easily visit, so relying on you all! Been checking out Eldeco Ananda and RN Royal Apartment. Eldeco is ready to move, which is a plus, right? Less risk. But RN Royal is cheaper...42-63L sounds good. Kya aap logon ko pata hai, carpet area efficiency kis mein better hai? I need something that's actually usable. Also, what about the builder trust factor? Who's more likely to deliver on promises, ya? And rental potential? I'll need a property manager, so which one would attract better tenants and rent? Mujhe advice chahiye!

U18, approvals ka problem toh har builder ke saath hota hai Noida mein. It's a gamble, yaar. That's why ready-to-move is safer.

Okay, so overall consensus seems to be Eldeco Ananda is safer and better for rental. Thanks guys! Now to find a good property manager... Any recommendations?

I'm a property manager in Noida. Eldeco Ananda will attract better tenants. Location and build quality are key. RN Royal might be harder to rent out at a good price.

Rental potential mein Eldeco Ananda is a clear winner. Sector 93 is always in demand. RN Royal, not so much.

One thing to consider is the resale value. Eldeco Ananda will probably appreciate more in the long run.

Possession mila kya kisi ko RN Royal mein? I heard they were having some issues with approvals.

RN Royal mein maintenance charges kya hai, kisi ko pata hai? That can eat into your rental income.

Maintenance charges RN Royal might be lower initially, but they increase over time. Eldeco Ananda has higher initial charges, but they are more stable.

Sector 150 mein bhi dekh lo, bhai. Rates are rising because of the new metro line extension. Better investment opportunity maybe?

U12, Sector 150 is good, but it's still developing. Eldeco Ananda and RN Royal are in more established areas. Less risky for rental income.

Builder trust factor... Eldeco is definitely more reliable. RN Royal... I've heard mixed reviews. Check their previous projects for delays and quality issues.

U3, exactly! Super area is a scam. Builder log milke public ko ullu bana rahe hai. Check the RERA documents for accurate carpet area.

I invested in Eldeco Ananda 2 years ago. Possession late mila, but the build quality is decent. Rental potential is good because of the location. Sector 93 is prime.

U6, late possession? Kitna late? That's my biggest fear yaar. I don't want to pay EMI and rent at the same time.

U7, Mera bhi same experience tha. Almost 6 months delay. But Eldeco compensated with a small amount. Check their past project completion timelines before investing.

U8, 6 months is still a lot! I'm thinking of just renting in Noida. So much less stress.

Bhai Dubai se invest kar rahe ho? Great! RN Royal is cheaper for a reason. Eldeco Ananda is safer, ready to move is a big plus point. Less headache.

Eldeco Ananda vs RN Royal... tough choice! I'd lean towards Eldeco Ananda just because of the ready-to-move factor. Noida mein builders ka kya bharosa, you know?

Carpet area efficiency Eldeco Ananda mein better hai, I think. RN Royal is showing lower prices but check the actual area you're getting. Don't fall for the 'super area' trap!

RN Royal is cheaper because it's further inside. Eldeco Ananda is closer to the main road. Depends on your preference, I guess. How often will you be visiting, bhai?
