Okay, controversial opinion but everyone glorifies ATS. But honestly, are their projects actually worth the hype? I'm looking at ATS Destinaire. My parents keep saying Gaurs is safer. What do you guys think about their on-time delivery now? Has anyone experienced hidden charges with ATS at possession? Which one gives better resale value down the line, yaar? I'm so confused. Change my mind! Tell me your experiences.

Be careful of pre-launch offers. They sound tempting, but there's a higher risk of delays.
Ultimately, it depends on your budget and requirements. Do your research and choose wisely. Good luck!
Update: I visited both sites again. ATS Destinaire's sample flat was impressive! But I'm still worried about the delivery timeline. Anyone know someone who has recently taken possession there?
ATS ka construction quality is generally better than Gaurs. But Gaurs is improving their game.
What about Supertech? Just kidding! Don't even go there. Lesson learned the hard way.
Think long-term. Which one will give you peace of mind and a good return on investment? That's the real question.
Okay, so the general consensus seems to be that Gaurs is safer in terms of delivery, but ATS might offer better quality and resale value. Thanks, guys! This is helpful.
Remember to factor in the current market conditions. Interest rates are rising, so your EMI will be higher.
Has anyone checked the RERA registration number for ATS Destinaire recently? Any updates on completion date?
RERA website pe check karo. Everything is mentioned there. It's the most reliable source.
Last I checked, the completion date was pushed back by a few months. Typical builder move, lol.
I'm also confused between these two. Gaurs ka layout is better for my family, but ATS looks more aesthetically pleasing. Dil aur dimag ka khel hai!
Don't just look at the brand name. Visit the site, talk to existing residents, and check the construction quality yourself.
Gaurs City is massive! finding your way around there is a task in itself. ATS projects tend to be smaller and more manageable.
I bought in ATS Greens Village 5 years ago. No hidden charges for me, but possession was delayed by 6 months. Resale value is pretty good though.
Resale value ke liye, location, builder reputation, and amenities matter. Sector 150 mein rates are going up because of the new metro line.
Sector 150 is definitely the place to be! Greenery and good connectivity. Future looks bright.
Gaurs is more affordable, ATS is more luxury. Simple as that.
Mere friend ne ATS mein invest kiya tha. He's happy with the quality, but the maintenance charges are high.
Bhai, ATS ka brand value toh hai. But Destinaire is a bit far-off, right? Gaurs City is more centrally located. Depends on your priorities, I guess.
Exactly! Location matters a lot. ATS is good, but connectivity dekho. Gaurs City has better options in terms of public transport.
Hidden charges toh har builder lagata hai yaar. Read the fine print carefully before signing anything. RERA mein complaint karna is a pain.
ATS Destinaire is premium, no doubt. But on-time delivery is a question mark. Gaurs has delivered many projects. Safer bet in that sense.
