Came across this video of Suncity Vatsal Valley in Gurugram. They're pushing the 'best residential investment' angle, especially with the independent floors. The layout explanation was helpful, but I'm wondering about long-term appreciation. Has anyone here invested in independent floors in that area? Is it really a better bet than an apartment, considering maintenance and resale value? What's your take on the ROI?
