ATS Greens Noida - Builder reputation, any insights?

Hey guys, stumbled upon this video of ATS Greens Village in Noida. Looks like a decent project. I'm mainly concerned about ATS as a builder though. Has anyone here actually lived in an ATS property before? Were there major possession delays or quality issues? I'm looking for real experiences, good or bad. Kya bolte ho, is it worth considering ATS?
