Supertech Crown vs JMD Marvella: Noida Investment?

Guys, I'm based in Dubai and can't visit for site inspections. I'm looking at Noida for investment. What do you think about Supertech Crown Tower versus JMD Marvella Homes? JMD is ready to move, sahi? Supertech, not so much. Is the risk worth it for potential appreciation? Also, carpet area matters a lot. Which one gives more usable space? Mujhe advice chahiye, yaar!
