Noida property: KVD Wind Park vs Unitech Burgundy?

Yaar, I'm so fed up of renting! 10 years down the drain. Finally taking the plunge in Noida. I'm stuck deciding between KVD Wind Park and Unitech UGCC Burgundy. Big price difference, right? What's the deal with the carpet area in KVD? Is it actually worth the lower price, or am I better off stretching for Burgundy? Has anyone experienced the maintenance charges in either? Heard some societies are crazy expensive. Also, is it better to buy ready-to-move in Burgundy versus under construction at KVD? Which one is a better investment for 5 years, sahi mein? Mujhe advice chahiye!
