Unitech Burgundy vs Klassic Tower: Worth it?

I'm considering Unitech UGCC Burgundy and Bhagwati Propmart Klassic Tower in Noida. Kya kisi ko pata hai about Klassic Tower's possession timeline? I heard there are delays. Unitech is ready to move, but is it worth the price tag now? Also, has anyone compared the carpet area efficiency in both? Which one gives more usable space per sqft? Mujhe advice chahiye, bhai!

Another thing to consider: resale value. Which one will fetch a better price in the future?

Personally, I'd prefer a ready-to-move-in property. Peace of mind is priceless.

Remember to factor in registration charges and stamp duty too. It adds up!

Ultimately, it depends on your risk appetite and budget. Good luck with your decision!

Mera friend ne Klassic Tower mein book kiya tha. He's totally frustrated. Constant follow-ups and no concrete answers. Avoid!

Don't just look at carpet area. Check the layout. Some units have weirdly shaped rooms and wasted space. Usability is more important.

So, after all this discussion, what are you leaning towards now?

Unitech is old but established. Klassic Tower is new but risky. Weigh your options carefully. No easy answer.

Sector 96 mein rates are rising like crazy due to the new metro line. Keep that in mind when comparing prices.

Klassic Tower launch price was so attractive... but ab toh delay penalty bhi mil raha hoga, right?

shubham.malhotra21 Mar

Delay penalty is a joke. They'll give you some peanuts after years of waiting. Better to get a property that exists!

Burgundy is a safe bet, if you can afford it. Klassic Tower is a gamble. Your call!

Anyone know the going rate per sqft in Burgundy now? Is it negotiable?

v
vandana.tripathi21 Mar

Negotiable toh har cheez hoti hai, bhai. But don't expect a huge discount. Market is hot right now.

I bought in Burgundy 4 years ago. No regrets. Location is prime, amenities are good. Yes, it's old, but well-maintained. Klassic Tower ka kya scene hai, anyone?

s
shanti.banerjee.delhi21 Mar

Location is good in Burgundy, true. But maintenance charges are killing me! Anyone else facing high maintenance?

Mujhe bhi advice chahiye! I'm a first-time buyer, confused between these two and Jaypee Greens. Help!

RERA number check karo for Klassic Tower. See the actual completion date registered. That will give you a realistic timeline.

Unitech ka reputation bhi toh dekho. It's not spotless either. They have their own share of problems. Due diligence is key, bhai.

Burgundy ready to move hai, that's a big plus. But Klassic Tower... heard so many horror stories about delays. Dekho, possession is everything. Worth the risk?

s
sakshi.sawant.202321 Mar

Exactly! Delay toh builder ka favourite pastime hai. Check RERA before anything else, bhai.

Burgundy is old construction though, right? Klassic Tower agar mil jaaye toh new building advantage hoga. But delays... that's the million-dollar question.

Klassic Tower? Bhagwati Propmart? Run. Just run. They promised possession 5 years ago to my cousin. Still waiting.

B
Balwinder Brar21 Mar

Carpet area efficiency is a myth, mostly. Builders inflate it. Check the actual usable space yourself. Measure it physically before booking. I learned the hard way!

Tarun Bhardwaj21 Mar

Unitech is expensive now, true. But at least you know what you're getting. Klassic Tower... bhai, risky business. Sector 75 mein bahut projects delayed hain.
