Supertech Crown vs KVD Wind Park: Worth the jump?

I'm thinking of upgrading from my 2BHK in Sector 75. Been eyeing Supertech Crown Tower and KVD Wind Park. KVD's price seems decent, but is it worth investing in an ongoing project? Possession ka kya scene hai, bhai? I've heard mixed reviews about Supertech's delivery timelines, tbh. Also, what about carpet area efficiency? Crown Tower looks fancy, but are the rooms actually bigger than KVD? Currently, I'm paying around ₹3/sqft for maintenance. What are the maintenance charges like in these societies? Already have a home loan, so trying to keep the overall cost down. Any insights, yaar? What do you guys think?

Don't even think about Supertech. My uncle invested in their Emerald Court. You know the story. Supreme Court tak baat pahunch gayi.

Carpet area efficiency is key! Crown Tower looks grand, but the usable space is less. I heard KVD is better in that aspect.

Bhai, Supertech Crown is like a maze inside! Parking is a nightmare. KVD Wind Park, at least the layout seems better planned. But yeah, ongoing project...that's always a risk.

True that! Supertech ka reputation toh... *shudders* My friend bought in their Ecovillage project. Still waiting for possession after 5 years!

Crown Tower mein location ka advantage hai, Metro connectivity is better. But Supertech... that's a big 'if'. KVD ka possession status kya hai? Anyone has any idea?

December 2024? Lol. Add at least 6 months to that, minimum.

Last I heard from my agent, KVD is saying December 2024, but I'm taking that with a huge pinch of salt. Builders always over-promise.
