Okay, I'll say what no one says: Supertech Crown Tower seems risky, yaar. I'm based in Dubai, can't visit for site inspections. Antriksh Grand View is ready to move, sahi? Less risky, right? But is it worth the premium? Honestly, what about the resale market for both? Which one will actually appreciate in 5 years? I'll need a property manager, so rental potential matters. Also, builder trust is key. Has anyone experienced delays with either builder? Mujhe advice chahiye. Change my mind about Supertech if you can, bhai. Tell me why I'm wrong! What's your take?

Just remember to negotiate hard on the price! Don't be afraid to walk away if they're not budging.
Check the carpet area carefully! Builders often inflate the super area.
So, what did you decide, bhai? Grand View or still considering Crown Tower?
Honestly, with the current market conditions (rising interest rates), ready-to-move is always a safer bet. Less EMI burden and you can start renting it out immediately.
Mera friend ka flat hai Grand View mein. He's happy with it. Says the maintenance is a bit high, but the society is well-maintained.
Another thing to consider: Grand View is closer to the green belt. Less pollution. That's a big plus in Noida.
Supertech has some good projects, but the risk is too high, especially for an NRI who can't easily monitor the progress.
Okay, thanks everyone for the honest opinions. I'm leaning towards Grand View now. The peace of mind is worth the premium, I think.
Rental potential in Sector 150 is good. Lots of young professionals working in the IT parks. Expect around 20-25k for a 2BHK.
Don't just look at the builder's reputation. Check the actual amenities they've delivered. Swimming pool functioning hai? Clubhouse is ready? I made that mistake before.
Supertech Crown mein, builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. Seriously, consider the risk.
Bhai from Dubai, if you can't visit, hire a local property inspector. They'll give you an unbiased report on both projects.
Resale value depends on so many things! Location, floor, facing, amenities... Sector 150 ka average rate is around 6500-7000 per sqft right now.
I invested in Supertech Emerald Court years ago... abhi tak case chal raha hai! Never again.
Oh bhai, don't remind me! Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago with another Supertech project.
Grand View possession mila kya sabko? Anyone still waiting?
Possession is mostly complete, but some towers still have pending work. Check RERA website for the latest updates.
RERA registration number check karo bhai. That will give you a clearer picture.
Bhai, you're not wrong. Supertech... well, you know. Antriksh Grand View ready to move is definitely safer. But resale, that's a tough one. Noida market is volatile.
Crown Tower is risky, absolutely. Supertech ka track record is not good, especially after the twin towers demolition. Grand View is safer, but check the society maintenance charges. They can be a killer.
Haan, maintenance charges are crazy these days! Sector 75 mein I'm paying almost 10k!
Premium toh hai Grand View mein, but peace of mind bhi toh hai na? Supertech... I wouldn't touch it with a ten-foot pole.
Antriksh Grand View is in Sector 150, right? Connectivity is good with the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. But Supertech Crown is closer to Pari Chowk. That might be a factor for rental potential.
Connectivity to Delhi is better from Pari Chowk, true. But Sector 150 is developing fast, metro bhi aa raha hai.
Metro extension will definitely boost prices in Sector 150 in the long run.
