Okay, controversial opinion but Max Estate's price *seems* crazy high. Pious Hideaways is cheaper, but is the carpet area bilkul kam? I'm thinking long-term investment, yaar. Which one has better resale potential in Noida, kya lagta hai? Change my mind! Tell me your experiences.
