Guys, I'm looking at Max Estate 128 I and Ivory County in Noida. Max Estate is super expensive, right? Is it worth the extra cost? Wife wants a good society for the kids. Ivory County seems more affordable, but what about the builder trust factor? Has anyone experienced delays with Ivory County possession? Also, which has better resale value, long term?
